Product overview
UVA13 is a class of high thixotropic, low volatile UV curing adhesive, suitable for PVD coating temporary masking & protection. The gel is a viscous gel state, high thixotropic index and viscosity, dispensing with excellent base height characteristics; at the same time, the curing depth is large, base height of the gel can be cured completely, there will be no bottom wet glue problem.
- After curing, the adhesion is suitable; at the same time, it has higher cohesion, excellent elongation at break, and does not break easily when the gel is removed.
- The colloid can withstand PVD coating for long periods of time at <150°C. It is suitable for both manual and automatic dispensing.
- It is suitable for both manual and automatic dispensing; because of its high base and good effect, it is especially suitable for automatic mechanical debinding.
- Viscosity and colour can be adjusted as required.
