Product Description
Product overview
UVA08 is a UV curing peelable adhesive for temporary bonding of small sized products to large substrates and to protect one side of the product from the penetration of cleaning fluids. UVA08 is a blue transparent liquid; after curing, the adhesion between the adhesive and the glass is very small, so it still has the advantage of easy removal of the adhesive in the case of large adhesive protection; at the same time, the cured adhesive film has a high cohesion and high modulus, which ensures that the adhesive is removed completely and is not easy to break.
- The adhesion between the gel and the substrate is weaker after baking at a high temperature of 240℃, which makes it easier to remove the gel, and there is no oil precipitation after the high temperature, so it is simpler to clean the offset printing.
- Viscosity, thixotropic index and colour can be adjusted as required.
Major applications
Small-sized products (watch glass, small PC products, etc.) are temporarily bonded and combined to form a large-substrate processing scenario.
